Notaries cannot notarize incomplete documents, cannot advise which notarial act you need, and cannot proceed if identity or willingness is unclear.

No. B-signED is a notary service. We do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or choose notarial acts for clients.
Can you notarize if someone is not present?
No. The signer must be physically present at the appointment.
What if my document has blank spaces?
We may be unable to proceed if documents are incomplete. Please have your document prepared before the appointment.
